C.P. Sushmitha Nair is a communication designer whose work spans across visual design, user experience, and research. In 2023, she was selected as a member of the World Design Organization's Young Designers Circle, a global cohort of 35 young designers from 21 countries. Established in 2020, the two-year program aims to nurture emerging design leaders across diverse disciplines and regions. Sushmitha leads the Theme and Identity team, responsible for the visual design and branding for YDC initiatives.

Her work has been featured on platforms like Packaging of the World, where her design gained recognition for its illustration. She was also a finalist in the Taiwan International Student Design Competition, which challenged participants to create designs demonstrating empathy and compassion, aligned with the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. As part of a group project, she also won a game design competition hosted by Biblubox in collaboration with DJ Academy of Design.
